Seniors Stableford Pairs Open Rules

1) The Tournament will be open to all amateur male golfers with current handicaps, aged 55 and over on 8 July 2026, who are members of recognised affiliated golf clubs.

2) The Tournament will be a Stableford Pairs event, acceptable for handicapping, played in accordance with the Rules of Golf, as approved by The Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews, and in accordance with Local Rules. It is expected that all competitors will conform to all Rules and Regulations currently in force.

3) Online entry will open on Monday 1st December 2025 and payment will be required at the time of booking a time. ENTRY FEE: £65 including £10 food and beverage voucher per player.

4) One round of the Course will be played. Play will commence at approx 8.30am, with a last start time of around 3pm

5) There will be six Handicap prizes and one Scratch prize.

Handicap Prizes: 1st: £250, 2nd: £200; 3rd: £160, 4th: £140, 5th: £120, 6th: £100. Best Scratch £80.

6) In the event of a tie, positions will be decided on the best inward half and thereafter by such method as the Tournament Committee decide. Committee's decision shall be final.

7) Meals may be booked in the Clubhouse prior to play.

8) Caddies are not permitted, buggies only with a medical certificate.

9) Refunds available up to 72hrs before the event.
