This competition is the Longniddry Golf Club Junior Open 2026. Juniors who were under 18 years of age on 1 January 2026 may enter. This competition is open to both boys (maximum handicap of 36) and girls (maximum handicap of 36). Boys will play off the white tees and girls from the red tees.

The competition categories are as follows -

Boys - Playing handicap 12 and under, Playing handicap 13 and above, Scratch winner, best net score under 14, over-all handicap winner.

Girls - best nett score.
